How it comes together

Scoop ripe avocado flesh into a food processor. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, oat milk, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

Process for 60 seconds, stopping to scrape the sides. The mixture should be glossy and completely smooth — no green flecks visible.

Taste. Add more maple if you want it sweeter, more cocoa if you want it darker.

Divide between four small glasses. Chill at least 30 minutes.

Top with flaky salt, cacao nibs, or raspberries before serving.
