Method

How it comes together

    Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment.

    Whisk bananas, coconut oil, maple, oat milk, and vanilla.

    Fold in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until just combined. Fold in walnuts.

    Pour into pan. Bake 50–55 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.

    Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
