Method

How it comes together

    Pulse crust ingredients until they hold together. Press into a lined 8-inch springform pan.

    Blend all filling ingredients until glassy-smooth (2–3 minutes).

    Pour over crust. Freeze 4 hours or overnight.

    Simmer berries and maple 8 minutes for compote.

    Thaw cheesecake 15 minutes before slicing. Top with warm compote.
