Method

How it comes together

    Sauté onion, carrot, and celery in olive oil 8 minutes.

    Add garlic, tomatoes, beans, broth, oregano, and bay. Simmer 20 minutes.

    Add pasta and cook another 10 minutes until al dente.

    Stir in kale until wilted. Season. Serve with olive oil and warm sourdough.
