How it comes together

Simmer broth, ginger, garlic, and mushrooms 10 minutes.

Whisk miso with a ladle of hot broth in a small bowl, then stir back into the pot with soy sauce. Do not boil.

Cook noodles separately per package. Drain, divide between bowls.

Top with tofu and greens. Ladle broth over. Finish with nori, scallions, sesame oil, and chili crisp.
