Method

How it comes together

    Sear tempeh in a hot dry pan until crispy on all sides. Set aside.

    Stir-fry broccoli and pepper 4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Whisk sauce ingredients + cornstarch slurry. Pour in with garlic. Add tempeh back. Toss until glazed.

    Serve over brown rice with sesame seeds and scallions.
