Method
How it comes together

Preheat oven to 245°C / 475°F with a stone or heavy tray inside.

Spread tomato sauce over flatbread. Top with cherry tomatoes and olives.

Bake 8–10 minutes until crust is charred at the edges.

Dollop cashew cream on top. Pile arugula across the middle. Drizzle olive oil and finish with cracked pepper.
