Method
How it comes together

In a 16-oz jar, combine oats, oat milk, chia seeds, and maple. Stir well so no dry oats sit at the bottom.

Seal the jar and refrigerate at least 6 hours (or overnight). The chia will bloom and thicken everything.

In the morning, give the oats a stir. If too thick, splash in extra oat milk.

Top with almond butter, blueberries, sliced banana, and a sprinkle of hemp hearts. Eat cold from the jar.
