Method

How it comes together

    Add frozen banana, spinach, mango, and half the oat milk to a high-speed blender.

    Blend on low, then increase to high, tamping down as needed. Add the remaining milk only if it won't move — the goal is thick, spoonable texture.

    Scrape into a wide, chilled bowl. Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
