Method
How it comes together

Sift matcha into a small bowl to prevent clumps.

Add hot (not boiling — around 175°F) water and whisk vigorously in an M-motion with a bamboo whisk or small fork until frothy on top.

Warm oat milk in a small pan or frother until steaming, not boiling.

Pour matcha into a mug, then slowly pour in the oat milk to preserve the foam. Stir in maple to taste.
